Overage Charges
Exceed your plan? Pay simple per-session rates: Pro $0.10, Pro+ $0.08, Scale $0.06 per session.
Vault Storage
Long-term storage for claimed sessions beyond current billing period. Pro: $0.002/session/mo. Pro+/Scale: $0.001/session/mo.
Retention Policy
Unclaimed sessions: 7 days. Claimed sessions: 3 years + 30-day grace period.

What's the difference between SDK sessions and claimed sessions?
SDK sessions are created when your users interact with forms on your website. These are unlimited and free. Claimed sessions are sessions you've taken ownership of for compliance purposes — these count toward your billing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I hit the Free tier limit?
The Free tier has a hard limit of 100 claimed sessions. You'll need to upgrade to Pro or Scale to claim additional sessions.
How does vault storage work?
Sessions from previous billing periods automatically move to vault storage for 3-year TCPA retention. At each billing cycle, we snapshot your vault inventory and charge accordingly.
Example: Claim 5,000 sessions in January and 3,000 in February. Your March bill includes 8,000 vault sessions ($8 on Pro+, $16 on Pro).
